Welcome to the Hull Garden Club website!  Here you will find news of all that the Hull Garden Club has and will accomplish in the coming years.

Dear Garden Club Members,

I am setting out on a new adventure for me, as your new President of the garden club and I have all of you to thank for the encouragement and kind words to spur me on.  I will have big shoes to fill, following Betty Trubia, a true and genuine mentor and all of the garden club members I have met over the four years that I have been a member of the club.

I have been witness to the generosity of all our members and their willingness to work outdoors on both good and bad weather days, to improve the street-side islands and gardens along the roadways into and out of town.  We have been the recipient of kudos from everyday townsfolk, who appreciate the hard work we do and that encourages all of us to persist in our endeavors to keep Hull beautiful, wherever we can.

Our welcome signs, as you enter or leave town, have been lovingly maintained.  The prettiest watering barrels, scattered on these island, are created by one of our members.  Our Endless Summer, annual Daffodil, X-mas Wreath, and Plant Sales have sustained us so far and will again in the future.  Our commitment to the volunteer/non-profit aspect of our club and to others, speaks volumes about the character of the membership in our club.  New members will always be welcomed to enjoy new friendships and gain horticultural knowledge from the existing membership and the monthly programs we enjoy, are sure to be stimulating.   In addition, the “sister” regional garden clubs may provide enlightenment to all.

So, we welcome all who wish to come, to learn and enjoy new friendships, enjoy delicious food, all to keep our unique sea-side town beautiful.
