2024 – 2025: Dear Hull Garden Club Members,
I’m excited to be your incoming President and wish all of you a wonderful start
to our new year. Our club would not be as successful as it is today without all
of you.
Summer is coming to an end and the warm sun filled days of fall are around the
corner. I love driving into Hull and seeing the beautiful Welcome to Hull sign.
How amazing is the appearance of all the Islands, the Veteran’s Pots, and the
Gold Star, and Blue Star Mothers.
The hot spells did not discourage our watering schedule.
Hull is exceptional, a hidden gem, the butterflies and bees are here dancing
and pollinating our gardens. It is so important to continue supporting Nature
for our future generations.
It’s a new year! Our members are so talented and creative. I am so grateful for
all the wonderful members who give so much of themselves. I look forward to
the important work we started in 2024 as we continue to move forward. It
takes a village.
The beeping you hear, as you water and clean our islands comes from our
community and summer residents of Hull thanking you.
In keeping with the Conservation Pledge adopted by National Council of State
Garden Clubs, Inc. – To protect and conserve the natural resources of the
planet Earth and promise to promote education so we may become caretakers
of our air, water, forest, land, and wildlife.
Sincerely,
Roxanne Mihal
President, The Hull Garden Club
